I work together with individuals or couples to discover strengths and develop strategies to get "unstuck." My areas of expertise include anxiety, depression, Domestic Violence, trauma, PTSD, codependency and spiritual issues. Drawing on Internal Family Systems (IFS), EMDR, Emotional Focused Couples Therapy, Existential, mindfulness, psychodynamic, narrative and attachment theory, my approach is warm, relational, collaborative, and practical.
